Almased ®|Review and Drink|
Over the
years, humans have become increasingly worried about the shape and general
welfare of their bodies due to a deeper understanding of the dangers of having
your weight go over the charts. It is
true that the motives for getting a “good” body do vary from simply being a
medically cautious citizen to just simply wanting to look good on your
Instagram photos. Different as the motives may be, we all want to achieve the
desired result in the easiest but also safest way possible. Many have strayed
away from the traditional method of keeping themselves hungry to lose weight as
the process is as difficult as it is dangerous. With the preferences of people
changing, many health and fitness companies have developed solutions which keep
the body well fed while also tuning it to perfection – Almased® being one of
them. The product has generated a lot of attention and, with as many Almased reviews as I have read, coming
up with a final statement on their product is easier said than done.
Almased is
a drink (sold in powder form) that acts as a substitute for meals and helps you
to lose weight or just manage it while also looking after your general body
welfare.
INGREDIENTS
The
product, which comes in many different flavours, has three major components: non-genetically
modified soy, yogurt and enzyme rich honey.
Non-GMO
soy
This is
probably the main ingredient in Almased. The fact that the soy is not made
using biotechnology is a comforting factor to those in the battle against GMOs.
This is to make the product as natural as possible and lower the risk of
unwanted aftermaths. While non-GMO soy has been hailed as one of the best parts
of a healthy diet, it is also important to note that it has been linked to
diseases like breast cancer and kidney stones by several medical practitioners.
Enzyme
rich honey
Honey is
added to act as a catalyst in fermentation and to help in the digestion
process. The honey that is used is all natural and raw to further support the
all-natural base that Almased has built its reputation upon while also
retaining all untouched vitamins and enzymes to boost healthy digestion. Raw
honey can also be applauded for its healing prowess as it is, reportedly,
capable of dehydrating bacteria.
Yogurt
The
presence of yogurt can be justified by the fact that it is a good source of
muscle-developing proteins. The yogurt used in Almased is does not contain fat.
The same yogurt, credit to skim milk, offers you a good load of calcium and a
hint of riboflavin. Another use of the yogurt powder, perhaps the most important,
is that it makes the drink ‘yogurt-like’.
The shake
also contains several other useful components like vitamins and amino acids
which probably do more good than bad in the human body.
FLAVOURS
From the
popular Holiday Nog to the soothing Chocolate Hazelnut Delight, the Almased
smoothie comes in many different flavours to ensure that you treat your taste
buds whilst also giving your body a major makeup. It is often the case with
weight loss formulas, that the awful taste sways people off course which is why
Almased offers a wide range of recipes for different smoothie flavours to give
you that will to carry on.
EFFECTIVENESS
In one Almased review by Evan Jensen, the
author mentions that although the manufacturer claims that the product is
“clinically proven”, no documents have been provided to support the notion
which is an eyebrow raiser to anyone who is taking the product. Nonetheless, it
is worth mentioning that that the product has an impressive 4.0 out of five
rating on Amazon.
With all
these perks, it is arguable that the Almased product is a great way to kick
start your own “New Body Challenge” while we should also look at the lack of
clarity in the full capability of the product as an amber light for those who
want to be up to date with everything they consume. The $27.97 price tag on
Amazon is fairly reasonable compared to starting your own series of The Hunger
Games or the pricy cost of going under the blade. Whether you are rushing to
get your keys to buy one or simply staying safe in the comfort of your own body
weight, I suggest you make your own Almased
review before choosing a side. After all – it is your body and who better
understands it than yourself.
